One of our larger residences with 8 floors and multiple building sections, with an underground bicycle and car garage, is located in one of the upcoming neighborhoods of Prague, the residence provides sky lounges and other lively community spaces and a range of upcoming retail stores in our vicinity, making it a dream home for any young professional or student to live at.
LOCATION
Our residence is one of the prime properties in a new and fast-developing neighborhood of Prague. Not located very far from the city center, our residence is located near the subway that connects you to the whole city including important destinations like the two main train stations in Prague. If you like the convenience of reaching any distance quick and easy, this is the place to be.
APARTMENT
We provide the canvas; you paint the picture. Your apartment will include High-quality furniture that includes two comfortable single beds (90 cm), two desks to study and, of course, a wardrobe, and storage space. A private kitchenette equipped with a built-in microwave with grill function, a personal size fridge with a freezer compartment, induction hobs, kitchen hood, shelves, and a sink. The room has a modern bathroom with a shower in a cabin, toilet, washbasin, shelf, mirror with illumination, hooks, and a heated towel rail. Lastly not to forget the oxygen of our lives, each room is fitted with highspeed internet dongles for you to enjoy those gloomy days tucked in bed surfing the internet. The only thing left to do is to bring your favorite things and make yourself comfortable! You can either bring your roommate or let us find your perfect match. You can choose the size and location of your apartment, as well as between single, double or shared studios.
