The refundable deposit is in the amount of 1 month's rent, i.e. 20.000,- CZK, in case of proper termination of the lease will be returned in full to the tenant's account.
The owner prefers applicants who want to stay in the apartment for at least 1 year or longer. The lease contract will be concluded for a period of 1 year. In case of mutual satisfaction it will be extended.
