Gas heating (old boiler circa 2012). Partial reconstruction 2021 new roof (roof truss, roofing), new bathroom, new water supply. Partial reconstruction 2022 new wiring, new heating. We expect to continue repairs on the house according to the prepared investment plan (I expect to draw up the investment plan in January 2025). This plan will be prepared with the property owner and possibly with the subtenant (some preferences of the subtenant as to the order of investments to be made may be reflected). The first items will probably be wood elements in the house's exterior, wood elements in the house's interior, kitchen floor, drywall ceilings, repaving the backyard, etc.
