It is rented unfurnished with furniture. Two of the rooms have an exit to the balcony. The spacious terrace is accessible from the kitchen. The house has a reception and security 24/7. For the tenants of the house there is a fitness room.
Billable advance payments for utilities and energy are 12 000 CZK per month. The security deposit is set at two monthly rents. The commission to the real estate agent is one monthly rent + VAT.
