Air conditioning is installed in the apartment for the comfort of the tenant. Heating is provided by a separate gas boiler, water heating is provided by an electric boiler.
Utilities are 800 CZK per person, and gas and electricity are transferred to the tenant. The security deposit is set at 2 monthly rents. The commission to the real estate agent is one monthly rent + VAT.
