Každý apartmán je plně vybaven klimatizací, kuchyní, chytrými televizory, vysokorychlostním internetem a pohodlnými postelemi velikosti Queen. Poloha je ideální, poblíž nejlepších restaurací, barů a veškeré dopravy, jako jsou tramvaje, autobusy a metro. Tento apartmán označený jako "B" je velké, okouzlující a pohodlné studio s moderním interiérovým designem a klimatizací. Prostorný pokoj je vybaven pohodlnou manželskou postelí velikosti Queen, která je oddělena od obývacího prostoru designovou skleněnou cihlovou zdí.
Towels and bed linen, high-speed Wi-Fi and a welcome pack including hair and body shampoo, hand soap, dishwasher tablets, sponges, paper towels and toilet paper are included. Basic quality bed linen and towels are included, but hotel-quality Egyptian cotton bed linen can be ordered for an additional EUR 50, including free fortnightly cleaning. This option must be booked and paid in advance. Final cleaning is included in the price.
The monthly price until March is 1 600 EUR, i.e. 40 000 CZK. From April to September, the price is set at 2 200 EUR, equivalent to 55 000 CZK. A deposit of 400 EUR is required before accommodation. The apartment is designed for a maximum of two people.
Please note that city tax is not included in the rate and must be paid before check-in. The City of Prague requires 2.30 EUR per person per night for stays of less than 60 days. City tax is not charged for longer stays.
Please respect our house rules, take good care of the apartment and respect the neighbours. Violation of the rules may lead to termination of the rental contract without financial compensation.
