The apartment includes a smart TV with Netflix, YouTube and Google Chrome, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Tchibo coffee machine, electric cooker, kettle, crockery and cutlery. The bathroom has underfloor heating, a shower, toilet and washing machine. The hallway offers practical storage space and there is wooden flooring throughout the apartment. You don't need to bring anything but personal belongings as the apartment is fully equipped.
All fees are included in the price. The monthly price from April to September is 1 500 EUR, equivalent to 37 500 CZK. A deposit of 500 EUR is required before check-in. The apartment is available from 17th April.
Arrival time is possible any time after 16:00, departure is required by 11:00. Parking is available nearby and can be reserved through Mrparkit. If you need luggage storage, we recommend Radicalstorage. High-speed Wi-Fi is free of charge.
Bed linen and towels can be ordered for an additional cost of 35 EUR per stay. Please note that if you lose your keys or smoke in the apartment, there is a EUR 100 charge to compensate for any complications. Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited in the apartment.
From 17 April we offer for rent a beautiful, fully equipped modern apartment in a newly designed building of 40 m², located on the 2nd floor with elevator, close to Brumlovka and BB Centrum.
