We offer for rent a spacious studio approved as a non-residential space in the underground floor of the house in the courtyard. The studio offers a large open space suitable for living or office work with a partially equipped kitchenette. The bathroom has a shower with washing machine and dryer. The studio has lower ceilings so it is not suitable for taller people.
For lovers of greenery there is the Folimanka park together with the Jammertal leisure complex under the Nusel bridge offering the possibility of rest, relaxation and sports activities.
The deposit is two monthly rents. Commission is one monthly rent + VAT.
