The apartment is rented unfurnished. It is ideal for one or two people, short-term rentals are not allowed.
Utilities are 2 000 CZK including heating, electricity is transferred to the tenant. The security deposit is set at one month's rent. The commission to the real estate agent is one month's rent + VAT.
