For rent we offer a fully furnished apartment in a quiet street in the center of the Old Town. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a functionalist apartment building with an elevator. From the entrance hall we get to the spacious living room equipped with furniture and to the fully equipped customized kitchen with dining area and plenty of storage space. The apartment includes two bedrooms, both facing the quiet courtyard. One of the bedrooms is smaller. Of course there is a bathroom with shower and toilet. The equipment includes a washing machine.
The utilities are CZK 5,000 per month. The deposit is set at two monthly rents. Real estate agency commission is one monthly rent + VAT.
