Monthly deposits to the apartment are 3.450 CZK (deposits include the fee for: cleaning of external and internal common areas, including winter cleaning of sidewalks, maintenance of greenery, solid waste removal, elevator operation, electricity common areas, heating - heat consumption, hot water heating, water and sewerage (SV), revision of the house technology, maintenance of the building, maintenance of the garage) + household and liability insurance.
Monthly advance payment for electricity is approx. CZK 1,000. The electricity supplier is Innogy. Electricity is transferred to the tenant and we will arrange the transfer completely for you.
The refundable deposit is: 30.000 CZK (In case of interest can be divided into two payments).
RK commission: 1x monthly rent + 21% VAT.
