The living room is fully furnished, including sofa, coffee table, decorations, shelving system. TV table and TV itself is not included. Furthermore, the room consists of the kitchen, which is equipped with a fridge-freezer, hob, oven and extractor hood. The room also includes a dining table with chairs. The bedroom is also equipped with a double bed including mattress and a wardrobe with a chest of drawers. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and, as mentioned, there is also a toilet. In the hallway there is a shoe cabinet and a wardrobe. The interior of the apartment also includes curtains and shading curtains.
The monthly cost of the apartment is 3.800 CZK including household and liability insurance.
Above that, the electricity of the apartment unit is paid, which is transferred to the tenant. We will arrange the transfer.

In terms of amenities, within walking distance there is a LIDL store, Albert but also a pub or cafe, etc. Transport accessibility is also favourable, there is a tram and bus stop with direct connection to the centre within walking distance.
