We offer modern warehouses and production halls in Lovosice. The project has already been issued a building permit. The possibility of building as BTS (Built-to-Suit ), which is a great advantage, where the premises can be maximally adapted to future tenants at this stage of the project. The hall is designed to a high standard with BREEAM certification, and there is a possibility to build a pleasant administrative background.
The site is strategically located in the northern part of the country near Germany and at the same time only 50 min drive from Prague. Nearby is a railway junction and a port on the river Labe (Elbe).
The site is also easily accessible by public transport.
