We offer for rent a partially equipped buffet / restaurant in the busy building of the Central Bus Station on Husova Street in Pilsen. Entrance is possible from the main hall as well as from the street. The total usable area on the ground floor is 125.8 m², including a small office (2 m²), a preparation room with a sink and a toilet. The space is suitable for hot and cold kitchen preparation and is approved as a cafeteria. In the basement, accessible by stairs, there are facilities for a hot kitchen, including kitchen equipment with a usable area of approx. 100 m² (use by arrangement for an additional rent).
The entire basement provides ample storage space including a refrigerated gastro box. There is a freight elevator (accessible from the outside of the building) and a smaller internal gastro elevator connecting the basement to the ground floor. For a better idea of the basement layout, we recommend a viewing. Payment holidays / staggered commissioning costs can be included in the rent agreement. Utilities are based on actual consumption - self-metered for both electricity and gas.
