The warehouse area is a total of 783 m² and is divided into building A, which consists of 5 sub-warehouses, and building B as a whole. The warehouses are not heated except for a small room for the warehouse keeper.
The building can be rented including racking systems, forklifts and truck scales (not a requirement).
There are offices on the first floor of the building with all sanitary facilities. The offices are heated by a separate gas boiler with its regulation and metering of energy, which is charged according to actual consumption.
