The villa project, which corresponds in style to 19th-century European neo-romanticism, was built only a few years ago. The interior and exterior stucco work and carvings were done by master craftsmen who also worked on historic properties such as the National Theatre and others.
The generous layout of the house offers four bedrooms on the upper floor, each with its bathroom and toilet. Separate toilet, utility room, cloakroom, balcony, garden terrace, and garage for parking two cars and placing storage shelves (two more cars can park on the private plot and additional parking spaces are by the public road). The house is equipped with a complete kitchen (with fridge, dishwasher, hot air oven, microwave), another fridge in the utility room, washing machine, tumble dryer, fixed safe, shelves in the utility room and garage, cupboards under the sinks, wine cellar with cooling system, wardrobes, all light fittings and solid wood window blinds.
The house has a representative character and has been used in the past by CEOs of multinational companies and ambassadors. The location of the house, its size, internal layout and design, as well as the level of landscaping of the surroundings, corresponds to the asking rent. What makes this villa different from the vast majority of competing houses in the area is that it offers all of its space on full floors (rather than in problematic attic rooms). The house is protected by an electronic security system connected to a central security desk.
The Malá Šárka area is monitored by a camera system. Service charges, depending on the way the house is used, amount to approximately 15 000 CZK per month.
According to the energy performance certificate, the house is classified as category C (the label will be added).
