We offer for rent an insulated, detached, three-story, fully furnished family house (250 m2) with a saltwater pool and a garden (1500 m2) on a sloping plot in the quiet village of Choteč - Prague - west.
The ground floor at the slope level offers a large living room with a fireplace (wood burning) in a space with a dining area. Also a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a cloakroom, and a separate toilet. In the basement (ground floor from the slope), there is a large hallway, a large room, a study with a vestibule, a cloakroom, a sauna, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a utility room, and an entrance to the garden with a vestibule. All floors and stairs are made of marble. The well-maintained garden has a roofed pool with salt water. On the property, there is covered parking space for two cars. By bus, you can reach the Zličín metro station on line B in 32 minutes, the Radotín train station in 25 minutes, and then it’s another 13 minutes to the Smíchovské nádraží metro station on line B and 21 minutes to the Hlavní nádraží metro station on line C.
Fees, utilities, and water are paid separately: 2000 CZK/month for 2 people (water), trash 1200 CZK annually, electricity and gas transferred to the tenant, separate care for the pool and garden, a deposit is equal to 2 months' rent. The real estate agency commission is 1 month's rent + VAT. An energy performance certificate is not available, so class G is indicated.
