Luxury apartment for a large family
Everyone wants their privacy, which is very easy in this spacious apartment. My adult children love coming to stay with us on weekends and with the grandchildren because they know they have their own space with all the comforts of home.
We have parking right in the building.
I would call the location of our apartment a sweet spot, when I go out on the balcony with a cup of morning coffee, I enjoy the breathtaking view of the beautiful spa center of Karlovy Vary.
All amenities are just a few minutes walk away. School, kindergarten, bus stop. There is also a shop, restaurant and the spa colonnade provides space for wonderful evening walks. Next to the house is the park at the Imperial Hotel, which has a beautiful landscape design, where every warm morning we hear the birds singing and walk among the conifers. We are an active family, so we often visit the tennis court, the gym near the house, and when we want to return home after a day's walk, the cable car next door will help us. It's beautiful, isn't it?
