OPUKA here is a typical component of local LIDOW ARCHITECTURE.
The house from 1902 is partially basemented and stands on a small sufficient
flat plot of 338 m2 built-up area and courtyard, of which the purely
residential 2 bedroom is about 52m2. The other built-up area, is a lovely
workshop and piggery. The layout of the house: entrance spacious hallway with
stairs to the cellar, where there is a water shut-off and a great pantry.
Further from the corridor you reach the attic space where you can build a
beautiful two bedrooms. On the ground floor, in one left half, there is a
living kitchen with wood stove where the best buns were cooked and baked, as
well as a gas stove, sink, kitchen cabinets, refrigerator, dining table with
chairs and sofa. Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and Junkers instantaneous
heater. In the other half of the house is a large bedroom with windows facing
the street. Large mullioned windows throughout, concrete floors with
waterproofing and tiles. The house is connected to electricity 230V, 400V in
1993 was put in copper, furthermore gas is introduced to serve, both for
cooking and heating with VAF stove, which are in both rooms. Water is from the
municipal water supply Ravos - Rakovník. The sewer connection is at the
boundary of the property now there is only a cesspool on the property. Gable
roof with Bramac roofing, replacement from old tiles was done in 2008/2009
together with the chimney.
