We offer for sale a set of land with a total area of 419,118 sqm. It is located in the cadastral territory of the village of Úhošt'any. The main plot has a size of 271,895 sqm, a secondary plot of 89,184 sqm and several smaller plots complete the total area. The plots are separate and the larger one contains land blocks owned by the State Land Office, which can be standardly split by exchange.
The land is mainly permanent grassland, but it has been used for military purposes in the past and the current state of the land corresponds to this. In the Doupovské hory some very high quality habitats have been preserved to this day. The meadows on offer are often overgrown with scrub, with protected herbs in many places. Countless species of insects, birds and small mammals have found a home here.
The unique natural habitat bears no traces of the intervention of agricultural technology and the associated land management in the form of cultivation and fertilisation of the vegetation. It is a natural heritage of great value.
