Christmas Prague’s Christmas tree cut down near Liberec
This year’s Christmas tree for Prague’s Old Town Square has been sourced from Krompach, in Czechia's Liberec Region. The 53-year-old spruce, standing over 20 meters tall, was felled today under the guidance of forestry champion Jiří Vorlíček. Owner Roman Kubeš donated the tree, concerned about its roots threatening his home. ACCIDENT Two dead in car-train collision near Mšeno
