Fans of Czech design will celebrate the opening of design and fashion shop Dyzajnoff, a permanent brick-and-mortar boutique launched by the organizers behind Dyzajn Market, the open-air market held seasonally in the piazetta of the National Theatre.

The shop is located in what was formerly Julius Fashionshop at Ostrovni 20, about 250 meters from the National Theatre where a wealth of food and design stalls pack into this busy downtown plaza under the Dyzajn Market banner five times a year.

With an interior designed by architect Daniel Marko, Dyzajnoff’s edgy, minimalisitic space is the perfect backdrop for the colorful creations of local artists. The store will stock everything from t-shirts to throw pillows, handmade stationery and ceramics and serve coffee.

A variety of night-shopping events, exhibits, and workshops are planned and Dyzajnoff will also operate as a pick-up point for eye-popping bouquets from Loukykvět, an organic florist based in Mšecké Žehrovice.

Dyzajnoff is open Mon-Sat, 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
