Fourth Czech coronavirus patient recovers; no deaths yet

Prague, March 20 (CTK) – The fourth patient was cured from the coronavirus in the Czech Republic today, Health Minister Adam Vojtech has tweeted, adding that this was a woman from the Moravia-Silesia Region.

On Monday, the first three people, all from Decin, north Bohemia, were cured of the COVID-19 disease. They were among the first to have got infected upon return from skiing in Italy.

“Although we keep watching a growing number of positive cases, good news also appears. The fourth patient has recovered! It is a woman from Moravia-Silesia Region. I am quite happy and I believe that the number of the cured will be growing,” Vojtech said.

According to the latest data, the Czech Republic has 774 ill, but no fatalities.
