Rock for People, Czechia's largest dedicated rock and metal festival, has announced its highly anticipated lineup for 2025, featuring nu-metal icons, metalcore favorites, indie groups, and more. The festival also has its 30th birthday in 2025.

The four-day festival, taking place from June 11-14—notably, four days as opposed to three, as is normal—at Park 360 in Hradec Králové, will be headlined by masked metal maniacs Slipknot on Thursday night and the newly reunited Linkin Park on Saturday evening.

Linkin Park became one of the most influential rock bands of the 2000s—their debut album, Hybrid Theory, became one of the best-selling albums of the century. The group has earned two Grammy Awards, six American Music Awards, and their most-streamed song on music service Spotify is In The End. A new female vocalist, Emily Armstrong, recently joined the band.

Slipknot have created multi-platinum albums, including Iowa and Vol. 3: (The Subliminal Verses). The band won multiple awards, including a Grammy Award for Best Metal Performance in 2006 for their Before I Forget song.

Joining the headliners at the festival are dozens more names, including Irish post-punk band Fontaines D.C., punk group IDLES from England, gothic punk band Creeper (also from the UK), the Canadian metalcore specialists Spiritbox, American alternative-rock band Thrice, and Static Dress, a screamo group from England.

Visitors can also look forward to performances by U.S. group Motionless In White, American rockers Skillet, and Swedish metallers In Flames. Czech-Polish singer Ewa Farna, who performed at Ed Sheeran's concerts last summer, will also return to Hradec Králové.

Festival-goers can choose from various ticket categories, including a four-day full festival ticket for EUR 182 (CZK 4,600), a four-day Comfy+ ticket (which includes more benefits and access areas) for EUR 304 (CZK 7,684), and a four-day VIP ticket for EUR 695 (CZK 17,568). These tickets offer additional perks such as access to exclusive zones, fast-track entrance, and luxury ceramic toilets.

Due to the expected huge interest, the organizers have suspended ticket sales, which will resume on Monday, Nov. 18, at 10 a.m.

"Our 30th year will undoubtedly be the biggest in history. I believe we will be sold out," festival director Michal Thomes added. The festival brings around 150 performers to the festival every year, and the 2023 edition of the festival saw an estimated 35,000 attendees.
