We used Susie’s services for in-hotel childcare for our two-year-old while visiting Prague. Susie communicated very quickly and provided profiles of all of her babysitters on her website. Ms. Diana was our babysitter and she was WONDERFUL! She was incredibly professional, but also very warm and caring; she connected with my son immediately. We were so happy and lucky to have found Susie and her team on our recent visit to Prague. We got to meet Diana who took care of our 7 month old baby and were left very grateful and satisfied. I used Suzie’s service multiple times now and it’s always a wonderful experience. Suzie is quick to communicate, no matter if work day or a weekend and was able to me a brilliant babysitter even on a short notice. This afternoon my 7 year old was looked after by lovely Monika. We were visiting Prague with our two young children and needed someone to watch our them in the evenings so that we could go out. We set up dates with Susie before we left the U.S and she was very good at communicating with us via email to set things up. When Susie babysat she brought delightful activities for them to do and they absolutely loved their time with her. We will definitely use her again when we return to Prague.
