Well organized family clinic with minimum booking and waiting times

I have been a client of Unicare a couple of years and my multiple experience is overall very positive. Staff is nice and friendly, doctors competent and booking and waiting times are minimal.

Waited 45 minutes to be seen

Booked an appointment via email and was called back promptly with a date and time. Turned up 15 minutes early for the appointment, filled out the forms and was taken to the waiting area (which was in a different part of the building). Waited for 45 minutes whilst other people came and were seen. Gave up and went back to the reception area and told them what happened, I had to go to work so could not wait around any longer. I had a small issue with Unicare, a small misunderstanding, when I spoke with a member of staff and explained my issue Claudio who called me personally went above and beyond and made me understand that every customers to Unicare is important, he made every effort to communicate and try to understand my original issue and resolved it without delay. We've been with Unicare ten years and have used many different services offered. The receptionists have generally been very helpful and friendly. It makes it easy to be able to speak English. I have enjoyed having Dr Masner as a GP who knows the whole family and is very warm and competent. The current pediatrician is good and very thorough.
