JOB DESCRIPTION
- Collaborate with Program Architects and stakeholders to design and strategize digital marketing programs.
- Stay updated on systems and processes to provide expert support to customers.
- Understand and synthesize detailed requests from marketing teams, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Create marketing assets like HTML emails and nurture streams using Marketo and SMC.
- Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with data guidelines (e.g., GDPR).
- Support webinars using the On24 platform.
- Suggest improvements to enhance program design and efficiency in Marketo.
- Report on campaign performance, including test results.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a focus on delivering results.
- Fluency in English is required, with German being a big plus.
- Experience with Marketing Automation platforms (Marketo, SAP Marketing Cloud) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and continuously learn new systems.
