Your Mission: As the Digital Strategy Lead, you will be a true product owner, driving the SEO and SEA strategies and playing a key independent role in shaping the company’s digital presence for the long term. You’ll lead initiatives that not only boost visibility but also contribute to the company’s overarching goals for sustainability and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and own SEO, SEA, and internal search strategies to optimize digital presence.

• Manage budgets, evaluate tools, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of search initiatives.

• Drive technical SEO improvements, document processes, and collaborate with development teams to ensure high-performance standards.

• Monitor and analyze SEO performance, troubleshoot issues, and support web editors.

• Use user data to optimize internal search results and enhance the user experience.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or web management.

• Expertise in SEO tools such as Oncrawl, Google Search Console (GSC), and Google Ads.

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Adobe Experience Manager is a plus.

• Strong communication skills in English.

• A university degree in IT or equivalent experience.
