JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support the regional team and collaborate on program implementation and growth
- Provide training and support to partners in implementation and activation
- Share knowledge of the internal platform with partners
- Help partners identify competencies and activities to meet program goals
- Build communities, identify volunteer opportunities and collect success stories
- Support the program"s marketing and communications campaigns
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Proficiency in English and German
- Experience in online teaching and training delivery
- Familiar with digital upskilling challenges, job market demands, and workforce trends
- Knowledge of academic institutions, NGOs, and training providers focused on employment and skills development
