Role Overview

As a Payroll Analyst reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will play a vital role in a redundancy plan. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze employee files and determine severance pay and compensation in accordance with the plan's terms. You'll collaborate closely with various stakeholders, ensuring accurate data collection, validation, and timely communication with relevant parties.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and validate data from multiple sources, ensuring integrity and completeness.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to address any discrepancies or additional requests.

  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure timely delivery of costings.

  • Transmit costings within agreed deadlines and investigate anomalies or queries.

  • Monitor ongoing files and update internal procedures as necessary.

  • Perform regular data checks to maintain accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 2/3 years experience in payroll processes

  • Communicative English is a must

  • B1 level in French is a significant advantage

  • Proficiency in employment law and payroll tools.

  • Strong IT skills, including HRIS and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.

  • Autonomy with excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to translate technical terms into layman's language.
