Project Manager - expanding to Germany

We are a U.S.-based company rapidly expanding into Europe, with a primary focus on Germany. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives and drive successful project execution with a focus on delivering impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects that are central to our expansion efforts in Germany.

• Develop comprehensive entry analyses, financial budgets, and business plans aimed at identifying growth opportunities and optimizing processes.

• Continuously monitor and assess key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insightful reports to senior leadership on a regular basis.

• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and streamline operations.

• Coordinate and align cross-functional project teams across our offices in Prague, Germany, and the U.S.

Qualifications:

• A university degree (BA, BSc, MA, MSc, MBA, MEng), preferably in economics, business, or management.

• Proficiency in English at the C1 level, with German language skills being an asset.

• Exceptional analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic insights.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.
