Job Description:

We are seeking a highly driven and visionary Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and significantly contribute to the strategic development of LSBF. The ideal candidate will not only have a proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies, ideally within the education sector, but also possess an unrelenting drive to exceed expectations and consistently push the boundaries of what’s possible.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement Marketing Strategy:

    • Lead the creation and execution of innovative and aggressive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract high-calibre students, and dominate the competitive landscape.

    • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with ambitious business objectives and deliver extraordinary results.

  1. Performance Monitoring and KPI Management

  1. Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) with a laser focus on outperformance. Drive revenue growth, maximise ROI, and continuously improve efficiency by closely tracking metrics like Revenue, Spend, Lead Generation, CPL, Enrolments, ARPU, L2S%, Cost of Acquisition, and ROI.

  2. Proactively identify trends and opportunities for growth, and implement rapid adjustments to keep the business ahead of the curve.

  3. Brand Management:

    • Champion the LSBF brand with an unwavering commitment to excellence. Ensure consistent, compelling messaging across all marketing channels that not only reflects our values but positions LSBF as the indisputable leader in business education.

  4. Digital Marketing:

    • Take digital marketing to new heights by leveraging cutting-edge technologies and trends. Lead initiatives across social media, online advertising, and email campaigns that generate significant traction and measurable impact.

  5. Content Development:

    • Work closely with the content team to create engaging and informative content that resonates with the target audience.

    • Develop a content calendar aligned with marketing objectives.

  6. Market Research:

    • Stay ahead of the competition by conducting in-depth market research to uncover trends, threats, and opportunities. Use these insights to continuously refine and elevate marketing strategies, ensuring LSBF remains the first choice for prospective students.

  7. Team Leadership:

    • Inspire and drive a professional marketing team. Set ambitious goals, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure every team member is aligned with the overarching mission to propel LSBF to greater success.

  8. Budget Management:

    • Manage the marketing budget with precision, ensuring every pound spent contributes to substantial growth and market dominance. Strive for maximum return on investment, and consistently exceed financial targets.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in a high-stakes marketing role, preferably within the education sector, with a track record of outperformance.

  • Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to translate strategy into action with tangible results.

  • A relentless focus on data-driven decision-making, with the ability to adapt rapidly to changing conditions.
