JOB DESCRIPTION
- Management and Development of high-quality content according to business objectives - creating of articles, documentation, videos, presentations, and other materials
- Leadership and Management of all phases of the projects related to content, ensuring smooth process flow, and meeting deadlines for each phase of the project
- Communication with stakeholders to gather their requirements and collaboration within the team and across departments.
- Development of training programs for teams to solve deficiencies and improve performance.
- Creating proposals and solutions to support growth and efficiency
- Monitoring and reporting on the success of content, as well as providing ways to improve it
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- University degree or 3+ years of experience in content creation, project management, or a similar role
- Project management skills
- Excellent Communication in English written and verbal (C1 minimum)
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects
- Familiarity with CMS and project management tools
- Capability to develop content based on data
- Ability to collaborate with different teams and departments
