The historic loggia house at the foot of Petřín Hill was built in the 19th century and at the turn of the millennium, the house was completely renovated.
On the third and fourth floor of the house is a duplex apartment with a layout of 5+kk. On the lower floor is a huge living room with a kitchen equipped with appliances, bathroom with tub and toilet, two bedrooms, laundry room, and separate toilet. The upper floor consists of a third bedroom, a large open room, and a second bathroom. The apartment is not furnished. The house has a central boiler room. The fees are 1 000 CZK per person and including energy, the total cost of housing will be around 6 000 CZK per month.
