The rent does not include utility deposits of 3.500,-CZK/month, we will transfer the electricity to you and it should fit into the five hundred CZK.
Due to the standard and equipment, we have set the security deposit at two monthly rents + utility deposits, and I charge one rent without utilities + VAT for all my work.
