We offer to buy an apartment (membership share) in cooperative ownership in BD Dačického 2.

In the case of subletting, the cooperative reserves the consent of the new subtenant. In case of animal behaviour, a cleaning fee may be charged. The co-op bylaws can be emailed upon request.
