The bright apartment is situated on the third (last) floor of the house after extensive reconstruction in 2012, when the risers were replaced, the roof and facade were insulated, and the interior of the house was modified. The apartment, which is oriented on three cardinal points (N, E, S) has a balcony overlooking the greenery, and a spacious garage (entrance from Bolívarova street), which is equipped with its own electricity and water supply. The apartment was completely renovated in 2006 (electricity, gas, water distribution), in 2024 the floor was replaced. There is no elevator in the house.
The apartment can remain fully furnished upon agreement. One bedroom is oriented to the quiet Bolívarova street, the room with a balcony faces the greenery on the side of the house. Kitchen and room are oriented to Bělohorská street. The kitchenette is fully equipped with Bosch appliances.
The bathroom has a shower, the toilet is separate, there is a practical wardrobe in the apartment. Throughout the house there are plastic windows with double glazing, the floor is made of quality vinyl.
The apartment has a cellar.
The surrounding area has all civic amenities, the Hvězda Game Preserve and Ladronka Park are located a few steps from the house.
