Police in the Czech Republic have discovered the remains of another newborn baby in the home of a 29-year-old woman accused of murdering a child in Dobruska (Hradec Králové). The baby's body was found hidden in a plastic bag in an outbuilding. A forensic autopsy will determine the cause of death. The woman, charged with murder, allegedly gave birth in secret and killed the child. She faces up to life imprisonment if convicted.

Prague Prague Ring Road expansion to begin Dec. 16
Construction on the southeastern section of Prague’s ring road, connecting Běchovice to the D1 highway, starts Dec. 16, costing CZK 9.76 billion. Expected to open in 2027, the 12.6-kilometer stretch will include tunnels and level crossings, easing congestion by diverting truck traffic. Culture Sting, Shaggy to headline Colours of Ostrava
