After the excitement and furor of the Ice Hockey World Championships, a major – arguably bigger – sporting event is here: the 2024 men’s UEFA European Football Championship (Euro 2024), hosted in Germany. June 15 saw the first match be played in the tournament, which runs until July 14.

Czechia is one of 24 teams to take part in the tournament: the national team will try to qualify from Group F, which also features Portugal, Turkey, and Georgia. The top two teams in each four-team group (there are six groups in total) will automatically qualify for the knockout stages. The four best third-placed teams will also qualify.

If you want to follow see Czechia’s group stage matches and experience the best of the atmosphere, mark these dates below:

  • Tuesday, June 18: Czechia vs Portugal (9 p.m.)
  • Saturday, June 22: Czechia vs Georgia (3 p.m.)
  • Wednesday, June 26: Czechia vs Turkey (9 p.m.)

We’ve put together some of the best open-air beer gardens and terraces where you can watch Euro 2024 matches, so you can enjoy the best of the summer sun and sport. All venues serve food and drink (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic).

Matches featuring Czechia are expected to be extremely popular and therefore reservation before is highly recommended.
