Spring Market Madness in Prague

This spring galleries, cafes, and even a docked boat are hosting flea markets and jumble sales with everything from original Czech fashion and thrift store oddities to handmade local design pieces on offer. With food trucks and vendors on hand to feed the crowds and DJs spinning a laid-back soundtrack, these Prague spring markets are events to plan your weekend around.

The second annual Bloges Market brings together the best of the style and foodie bloggers for a day of shopping and mingling with DJs, a beauty lounge, and cocktails.

Not just a hang-out for “bored dads”, this Letná café hosts a monthly jumble sale that’s a joint collaboration with retro-fabulous thrift shop Kuzmarkt.

This art gallery, bar, and interesting nautical venue on the banks of the Vltava hosts occasional flea markets throughout spring organized by Prague Markets, which also brings regular traditional flea markets to Tylovo Náměstí and elsewhere in the city.

This annual pop-up market features unique local sellers, drinks, brunch and a “chill-out” zone. Sip and spend! 

The newly opened Scouting Institute in Old Town was established as a cultural center and homage to the “values” of the traditional Czech scouting phenomenon. Talks, workshops, and markets like this one are on its regular line up of events.

A charity bazar featuring jewelry, books, clothes, and all sorts of interesting odds and ends along with cake and coffee. All in support of the Letní dům organization for foster children.

Prague is spoiled for choice when it comes to quirky markets peddling fashion, food, and fun. This one promises 150+ brands from CZ and SK designers as well as a local food market.


Not to be outdone by Krymská, this Letná May Day celebration along Františka Křížka street, sponsored by neighboring Bio OKO and Motus Prague theater, promises an open-air day of shopping and entertainment.

More than just a market, the third annual Korsa Krymská is Prague’s coolest block party. The neighborhood venues provide food, drink, and stylish wares while the locals provide people watching opportunities.

This modern market event will offer “big” things from “small” Czech and Slovak labels – everything from handbags to handmade chocolate – along with concerts, talks, workshops, and tastings.

The spring edition of this increasingly popular Prague market is sure to bring the usual festive weekend-long celebration of good design, food, and community.

Barbershops, the Kristpol bow-tie designers and other Czech menswear indie labels come together to teach guys how to be gentlemen. Pool tables, rum tastings, DJs round out the just-for-him fun.

Second-hand gems, tastings from local food vendors, DJs, and drinks ease the transition from Prague spring to the dog days of summer.
