I highly recommend therapy with Julie, her CBT approach has helped me tons to manage my social anxiety. She is warm, friendly, and offers practical tools and exercises that make a real difference in overcoming fears. Contacting Julie is one of the best decisions I've made in my adult life. Her CBT approach has had a positive impact on my life over a short period of time. I worked with Julie long-term and highly recommend her to anyone struggling with anxiety. She helped me understand what was going on, and gave me so many helpful tools for my anxiety. I felt better after just a few sessions. I never felt judged. She was always very warm, friendly, and accommodating.
