I have a long-standing training and practice in mindfulness, yoga and psychotherapy.
I am trained in EMDR, MBSR, MBCT and neurofeedback.
I help, among others, with stres, trauma, pain, phobias, emotional regulation, aggression, dissociation, personality disorders, psychosomatic disorders, OCD, ADHD, burn-out, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, addictions, eating disorders, obesity...
I work with individuals, pairs, families, groups, face-to-face or on-line.
I teach mindfulness courses and retreats live and on-line (MBSR / MBCT).
I constantly follow new trends, research results and am always working on myself.

- MA in psychology, Charles University, Prague
- Psychologist in healthcare, postgraduate education accredited by the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic
- Full training in EMDR therapy, member of the Czech Institute for Psychotraumatology and EMDR, emdr.cz
- Full training in neurofeedback / EEG - biofeedback (Othmer method), EEG Biofeedback Institute, Prague, eegbiofeedback.cz
- Qualified MBSR Teacher, University of Massachusetts Medical School, umassmed.edu
- Qualified MBCT-L Teacher, The Oxford Mindfulness Foundation, oxfordmindfulness.org
- Long-term experience in clinical psychology

This brought such peace to my life

I can highly recommend the MBSR training with Jaroslav. I've been doing the individual trainings with him for over 3 months now. The benefits of mindfulness and meditation were immediate for me. I can handle stress much better, am calmer, feel more at peace, sleep better and am able to just enjoy the now. He is such a kind, warm, friendly and empathetic person. It's a real pleasure to learn from him.
