I offer comprehensive therapeutic services, including long-term cooperation aimed at achieving fundamental personal changes. Additionally, I provide focused psychological counseling for a limited number of sessions. In times of acute crisis, I offer short-term crisis intervention to help bridge that critical period. I work primarily with adults and teenagers.

I am currently undergoing psychotherapy training, specifically in Gestalt therapy which emphasizes the awareness of the client's perception and experience. By becoming aware of their unconscious patterns, they can unlock their potential for personal growth, self-acceptance and self-realization. This approach respects the uniqueness and subjectivity of each person and does not rely on interpretations, evaluations or diagnosis. Instead, it seeks to describe and understand how the client sees and interacts with their world. The understanding does not come from the therapist or the client alone, but from their dialogical relationship, which is the cornerstone of therapeutic work.
