Zuzana Nott: Recovery Coaching & Holistic Therapy

I am a certified Recovery Coach with training in Trauma and Somatic Therapy. I offer private meetings to anyone struggling with life, addiction, depression, stress or just feeling overwhelmed and needing support in these challenging times.

It doesn't matter where you find yourself on your journey. We will look at your situation and find your unique way to move forward, honouring your personal needs and resources.

As a Recovery Coach I draw inspiration from my own healing journey, so trust me when I say, I will receive you fully without judgement as it's highly possible I might have gone through similar experience in the past.

Where can we meet?

• In Avasa centre: Krizikova 19, Prague 8 (near metro Florenc, line B and C)
• ONLINE via Google Meet (or other platform)

How much does a session cost?

• 1700 CZK / 70 EUR (60 min) *

How often should we meet?

• It is totally up to you. We can meet weekly or bi-weekly for more intensive support, or just every time you feel the need to connect.

Why do I do it?

• Healing and recovery played a huge part in my life. I managed to overcome a severe depression and many years of addiction. It wasn't always an easy process, but it's been 15 years since I navigate through life sober and I find joy than I never thought was possible. I also want to offer a more holistic alternative to the traditional addiction treatment approach. I see addiction as well as other mental health issues as fascinating multi-layered phenomena with deep personal, social and spiritual dimension that can lead to a great empowerment and self discovery.
