Customer Service Advisor with Serbian-HO/ Czech

What you will do in this role:

• Answer phone calls, e-mails, and messages on social media from customers

• Help customers with service-related issues

• Work shifts: From 8:00 -17:00

• Phone calls are inbound, and no cold-calling

• Suitable for people without experience

What we expect:

• Native Serbian and communicative level of English in both oral and written form

• Experience as a sales assistant in a fashion retail store or experience from a similar position in the customer service center

• Good computer skills and good knowledge of MS Office

• Ability to quickly identify customers' problems and needs

• Ability to set priorities and manage daily responsibilities effectively

• A client-oriented approach, patience, and strong communication skills

• Team players with the ability to work in a Customer Service environment
