HR Master Data & Payroll Specialist with German

The Purpose:

Manage HR Master Data & Payroll related requests/queries. Monitor and track HR master data, payroll, time management system, pension and recruitment support. Handling urgent issues. Update related process documentation.   Support  process trainings. Manage reporting related payroll processes. Develop and lead process trainings. Maintain SLA and Client reports. Initiate and deliver project assignment. Develop leadership skills. Perform additional tasks upon Team Lead request. Act as backup for Team Lead on operational level. Perform additional tasks upon Team Lead request. Escalate / Solve system related queries/issues.

What will you be doing:  

  • Assisting in the full processing of the monthly payroll

  • Registration of all absence and attendance types (holiday, sickness, special absences etc.) in Workday & SAP

  • Assisting with the responsibility for the sickness supplement calculation and overtime payment calculation

  • Assisting with the responsibility for distributing payroll output, having checked for errors or omissions before distribution. If errors or omissions are identified take corrective actions for next payroll run

  • Responsible for support country contact in Pension administration on a daily basis

  • Assisting with the responsibility in maintaining accurate payroll records by ensuring that records are kept in accordance with quality standards

  • Assisting with the responsibility for entering payroll and core details on SAP EOP to ensure cut off dates met

  • Assisting with the responsibility for the full Time Management related administration

What you'll bring:  

  • Fluency in English and German (speaking, reading and writing)

  • MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, …)

  • Experience with SAP, Workday or other systems is a plus

  • Capable of being entrusted with “confidential” information

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Customer or Stakeholder-facing experience is preferred
