A successful international digital advertising-technology company is looking for a new team member taking the role of Business Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our office. This is an office administration job that will give you the opportunity to learn all the basic principles of business and develop the skills to run a business. Your duties will be varied, ranging from simple tasks such as ordering and maintaining inventory, to more complex ones such as  bookkeeping, invoicing, scheduling, and providing support to team members and the company owner. We are convinced that this job will be anything but ordinary and will provide you with the opportunity to learn a lot about the business world.

It is very important for us to attract to our team a diligent, detail oriented person with excellent time management and communication skills. A sense of humor is welcome (but not paid extra).

Business Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the office is running smoothly and identify suggestions to make it better:

    -       Act as point of contact for management, external clients, and staff

    -       Manage office maintenance staff / contractors

    -       Maintain office inventory

    -       Perform other relevant duties when needed

  • Bookkeeping

-       Day-to-day bookkeeping

-       Assistance in implementing procedures that ensure quality and speed in the preparation of reports

-       Collaboration on team efforts for projects, such as improvement of work procedures, implementation of new systems, etc.

-       Process customer payments

-       Reconcile bank transactions

-       Administer customer accounts

-       Support with audit tasks

Business Administrator Requirements:
A mature, diligent approach to working with the highest level of integrity

Time management skills and ability to track and prioritize tasks

A passion for improving processes and reaching perfection

Superb organizational skills and detail-oriented

Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Czech

Superb interpersonal skills including being a team player
