Manifesto Market Anděl with Dirty Dog

Manifesto Anděl’s annual Thanksgiving feast is led by Dirty Dog Barbecue, offering a bold menu infused with southern smokehouse flavors from founder Isaac Starobin, who has been serving up Thanksgiving classics to Prague expats hungry for a taste of home for years.

Menu highlights: Smoked turkey breast with apple cider gravy, cranberry sauce with orange zest, sausage cornbread stuffing, chipotle honey-glazed sweet potatoes, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, and grilled corn on the cob.

Reserve a spot at the family table eat-in or opt for pick-up on Nov. 28. The price is CZK 750/person. Bookings are being accepted while supplies and space last.

CottoCrudo at The Four Seasons

CottoCrudo presents an elegant setting and expertly paired wines for a gourmet Thanksgiving experience crafted by chef Nicholas Trosien, a U.S. native. "For my family, Thanksgiving is one of the most important times of the year—a chance to come together and enjoy great food with loved ones," Trosien shares. "In creating this year’s menu, I was inspired by tradition, memories, and a respect for quality local ingredients."

Menu highlights: A three-course menu featuring truffled brie en croute with cranberry-apple compote, roasted turkey roulade with sweet potato puree, and pecan pie with caramel sauce and tangerine-cardamom sorbet.

Located at Veleslavínova 1098/2a, the CottoCrudo menu costs 1,850 CZK per person (an additional wine pairing costs 1,000 CZK). For reservations on Nov. 28, guests can contact the hotel at +420 221 426 880.

Globe Bookstore and Café

A popular brunch and trivia night venue known for its cozy, family-friendly atmosphere, The Globe Bookstore and Café’s Thanksgiving Day Feast is a beloved annual tradition among expats for both dine-in and takeout options. The tables tend to fill up fast so early booking is suggested.

Menu highlights: Cream of pumpkin soup, homemade turkey with apple sage stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, peas, carrots, and pumpkin or apple pie.

Located at Pštrossova 6, the price is CZK 825, which includes a drink and coffee or tea. Kids’ portions are CZK 525. Make reservations for Nov. 28 here.

Max's Steakhouse

American expat Max Munson established one of Prague’s first-ever Thanksgiving dinners at Jama restaurant in 1994. His annual feast has now moved to Max’s Steakhouse and remains a favorite with Czechs and Americans alike. This year enjoy a full traditional Thanksgiving menu with multiple seating options.

Menu highlights: Creamy corn chowder, turkey, moist stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans, cranberry sauce, honey-glazed ham, and pumpkin pie.

Station Anděl

For those craving Thanksgiving flavors beyond the holiday, the newly opened Station Anděl, specializing in North American street food from gourmet hot dogs to poutine, is offering an extended Thanksgiving menu.

Menu highlights: Pumpkin soup, turkey confit, sweet potato puree, buttered corn, and cranberry sauce.

Located at Lidická 798/19, the Thanksgiving menu runs from Nov. 28–Dec. 1 and, at CZK 480 per person, is on the affordable side. Make reservations here.

Take Eat EZ American Barbecue and Delicatessen

Order a whole turkey, traditionally brined with citrus and herbs, stuffed with lemon, and smoked to perfection. Available as whole, half, or skinless breast, delivered chilled and ready to reheat. Sides include green-bean casserole, sweet potato casserole, pastrami and rye stuffing, and Hawaiian rolls.

Podhlavický mlýn

This Thanksgiving, trade the city for the charm of Českodubsko and celebrate in style at Podhlavický Mill. Nestled in a historic 17th-century building, this boutique hotel will serve a Thanksgiving feast with a creative twist from Nov. 28–30. Make a night of it and unwind in the serene countryside, indulging in wellness treatments at the hotel’s country spa or visiting a local glassworks.
