Soy Sauce
Rice Noodles

Forget the amounts. If you’re cooking Thai, add just adequately of everything to your taste.
Prepare a big wok pan so that it’s easy to mix all the ingredients.
Heat the oil and add red onion and chicken breasts. Fry shortly.
If you like shrimps, you can add them at this point too. One minute of frying should be enough.
Add spring onion and let it heat through with the rest. Crack an egg. You should get a sticky mixture, the right base.
For seasoning, add ground ginger, chilli, and sugar. Stir well and add Pad Thai sauce and a little bit of fish sauce. You can add a bit of soy sauce too. Mix well in the wok.
Now add cooked rice noodles, peanuts, and throw some soy sprouts in. Mix once more and your Pad Thai is ready to be served.
Serve with lime and enjoy the uncomparable taste.
