🟠 Customer Care Specialist with German

What will you be doing at snuggs?

  • Communicate with our customers (via email and social media) and help us to build a close relationship with them.

  • Respond to the questions regarding product and availability; manage order changes.

  • Cooperate with the external warehouse and be in touch with our carriers.

  • Collect feedback from our customers so we can even better respond to their needs. We have a large database of customers who support us and are willing to help us to improve our product even further.

  • Assist with the process of product returns and exchange (size/cut) and be the connection between customers and our warehouse.

  • Handling customer claims and inquiries with care, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.

  • Take an active part in creating of our brand identity.

Even better, if you...

  • Are a native German speaker (or highly proficient).

  • Can communicate in English without any problems (our main team language is English).

  • Have an experience with similar, customer facing position.

  • Can organise your time well and you are not afraid to make your own decisions.

  • Are empathetic, open and helping others comes naturally to you.

  • Resonate with our values (natural, expertise, kindness) and personal growth is something necessary for you.

  • Experience with Asana, Slack and Google tools (Sheets, Docs,...) is a plus.
